Order online

1. Register as a first-time member/Log in to your account

2. Select the required products and add them to the shopping cart

3. Enter the delivery address, payment information and confirm the order

4. When the customer completes the order, they will receive a confirmation email and we will contact you within two working days to arrange delivery.

Shipping-Free or charged depending on the situation

A. Free delivery in Hong Kong for orders over HK$500 (calculated based on actual discount price)

B. If the order amount is less than HK$500 (calculated based on the discounted price), the customer needs to pay for the shipping fee

We will use SF Express's delivery service, and customers can choose to have their goods delivered to commercial or residential addresses; customers can also choose: SF Express Station, SF Smart Locker, convenience store (SF Express service point). When checking out, please fill in the correct recipient information so that we can arrange shipment.

If the customer requests delivery to a SF Express station, SF Smart Locker or convenience store, please fill in the correct SF Express station/SF Smart Locker/convenience store number and address in the delivery address.
